Picking up litter is one of the easiest and best ways to improve water quality. "If its on the ground, Its in the water!" Watersheds in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area are filled with trash, debris, and unseen chemical pollutants.

Blue River Watershed Association (BRWA) needs your help to get the litter out. If you would like to organize a litter pick up with your school, office or any group, please contact BRWA. The Association will provide gloves, trash bags and educational information for you to share with your participants.
